Recommendations

1200x628_NT20_EN_3Kaspars Beitiņš, SIA M.M.M. projekti DEVELOPMENT Board member (Latvia)

“I think it’s really important for Latvians to know what is going on in the Lithuania RE market because the effect is straight. Like it’s happening now. Vilnius market is warming up and now many LT companies starting development here in Riga. So LV developers should be more active and should know the situation in Vilnius and Tallinn. These are only some of the reasons to attend the event.”

1200x628_NT20_EN_4Malgorzata Morek, Hilton Development Director, Poland & Eastern Europe

“I have participated in the BALTIC REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FORUM 2019 as a panelist. It was a great event gathering all connected with the real estate business. We had an opportunity to network and get to know more about the growing potential of the market. Obviously it is very important for Hilton to see how the area is developing as we are want to open more and more hotels for incoming business and leisure travelers. Very good quality and professionalism, as well as the proper selection of the topics for panel discussions and presentations, resulted in great success for the organizers. Looking forward to attending the forum in 2020 and recommend everybody to join. Meet you there!”

1200x628_NT20_EN_1Samuel Vetrak, BONARD CEO (Austria)

“I was pleased to speak at Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum 2019, where I presented the latest insights into student housing – a new attractive asset class arriving to the Baltics region. The event was professionally organized and the audience genuinely interested in the selected topics. We would definitely come next year. In a nutshell, the program, selection of topics and delegates were very relevant and at a high level, the conference itself is among the best we have attended.”

1200x628_NT20_EN_2Aare Tammemäe, Partner at Redgate Capital (Estonia)

“BREIF is a must go event. It kick-starts the 2020 business season with the new and fresh ideas. This is where all relevant real-estate people, investors and advisors from all over Baltics meet.”
